I don't think it u doers todo me any better this time.
So I went to see the surgeon on Monday and he told me I can stop wearing my brace inside the house and move to stop wearing my brave outside the house. He was pleases with my knee bending 90 degrees and he hopes that l'll have full range of motion when I see him in three weeks. He said if I was going to the fair them I should put the brace on to protect it. I am still healing for 12 weeks and hopefully by December things will be 100% back to normal. So, all in all it was a good visit.
I’m happy for you. I hope you can enjoy your summer! I hear you have some helpful sons to move things into your new classroom!
ReplyDeleteYes my sons were very helpful...at least now all my stuff is in the right room. The rest of my summer will be very busy with PT exercises 2-3 times per day at home & twice weekly visits to the PT.Getting to full range of motion will be hard & painful work but I will get there & things are better each day. I am not really sure how my room is going to be ready but somehow it will. It is nice to be nearly walking; if only my body would remember how to do it the right way. I will enjoy my summer as much as possible with my restricted activities.
DeleteHow did you post the screenshot? I am glad you are getting better; I'm sure it is not an easy road. You need to be in fighting shape by the end of August!
ReplyDeleteSo now you are testing my memory skills...I am pretty sure that I went into photos and emailed the screen shot to my blogger email address. I will try to be in fighting shape by the end of August but I might need to be wearing some safety equipment.
